Testimonials
"We have long admired Celeste’s work, especially her series on Tulsa. We’re delighted to own one of those works along with a commissioned piece. It was a pleasure working with her on acquiring both of the paintings – she is warm, professional, and deeply committed to her art."

"It was a pure joy working with Celeste on my commissioned painting. From e-mail to phone calls, she was always available to speak to me about the photograph I was using, what the best paint options were and on what surface it would look best on. And then once she started, she included me in the process all the way through, from color selection to value sketches, to framing. She made me feel like I was the most important client she ever had. Passing Storm is a rich and beautiful painting that my family and I could not be more impressed with."

"Celeste was able to capture the idea swirling around in my head for our primary living area. I knew I wanted three pictures and wasn't sure of the content or colors. I had several patterns and colors in the room to be tied together with art. We were able to arrive at the perfect combination of content and color with several conversations and sketches. I thought this would be a stressful procedure and I was pleasantly surprised at how we arrived at the final product without that stress I was anticipating. I now have three wonderful pieces of art that will remain in our home and family for years to come."

"We commissioned Celeste to paint three tall canvas paintings for our foyer. We wanted bright colors and a "flow" from one painting to another. She worked up several sketches and we quickly agreed upon colors and a theme. She was so excited to begin the paintings and she always had time for us! Within several weeks she called to say they were completed and they looked fantastic. Our paintings are so much more unique and beautiful than a mass merchandised print. Everyone who walks into our home notices these paintings, which are the focal point of conversation. We were very happy with the process and the communication with Celeste was so easy."

"I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Celeste on several commissioned works, from a rather unusual request to paint Volvox (a species of green algae used in research), to a portrait of a beloved Golden Retriever, and finally, to a large canvas image of vibrant fall leaves for my family room. Celeste has always showed a keen interest in the project at hand, not just to accomplish the visual rendering, but because she is intensely curious and an avid learner about her surroundings. I truly enjoyed going through the process of discussing ideas, sharing thoughts on colors and images, while developing a blank canvas that would become “Autumn Splendor II”. After several emails, Celeste composed two color palettes that she brought with her when she met with me in my family room. She observed the colors that were already represented in the room and then queried about how I felt about certain colors that she had selected as possible palettes. She was able to hone in on certain colors and incorporate that scheme into the painting. I was able to view the painting before she completed it and offer any suggestions for adjustments. Celeste is a great listener, very affable and receptive to the customer’s ideas. In addition to my three commissioned works, I have purchased and enjoyed three other paintings. Celeste Vaught is a very talented artist, with diverse abilities in both subject and medium, and I highly recommend her!"

"My husband and I met Celeste at an art show a year and a half ago. We now have six pieces of Celeste’s artwork in our home. Each piece is unique in style, color and medium. Her artwork adds character and warmth to our home. Celeste is not only a talented artist, but she is also a delightful person. We have enjoyed the commissioning process, as she diligently works to capture our vision. We look forward to increasing our collection of Celeste’s artwork in the future."

"Several years ago, at a Tulsa art show, I had the serendipitous opportunity to meet Celeste and become introduced to her, her art and the passion she has for her talent. I fell in love with her work! At the art show, I purchased a small 4X2 mini flower. Over the years I have had the delightful opportunity to acquire over 10 pieces of her original work, each a unique one-of-a-kind masterpiece adding so much personality, color and depth to my home. Her art is the focal point of many rooms in my house. Celeste is truly a gifted, special artist and a joy to work with – whether the project is large or small. I look forward to finding another special place in my home for another masterpiece!"
